Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Math, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated knowledge of valuation techniques and cash-flow analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and industry research capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and audit sophisticated financial analyses and models.
• Prepare industry and financial analyses to identify client opportunities.
• Lead valuation exercises including DCF, comps, and precedent transactions.
• Assist in proposals to clients for equity/debt placements and M&A.
• Organize presentations for potential clients and conduct industry research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for mandates and proposals.
• Assist in due diligence, memoranda, and marketing materials.
• Engage in external client interactions.
