• Specific experience representing energy and infrastructure private equity sponsors is required.
• The ideal candidate will advise clients, including sponsors, project-developers, funds, utilities, and infrastructure owners/operators, on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the infrastructure/energy/power & renewables sectors.
• The role involves leading and supporting the execution of infrastructure M&A, joint venture (JV), and project-financing related transactions, covering the full deal lifecycle from bid-process through closing, across sectors.
• The position offers sophisticated, cross-disciplinary work combining corporate M&A and project finance.
