Linxon Americas is seeking a Lead Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, hybrid work model. You will lead engineering across diverse projects including AIS, GIS, BESS, and wind developments, coordinating in-house and outsourced work from proposal to energization.
You will manage budgets, ensure schedule discipline, and drive safe, cost-efficient designs while guiding the project team and customer engagements through technical approvals.

As a Lead Engineer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure. You are entrusted with leading, coordinating, and executing all engineering aspects across Linxon’s diverse and high‑impact projects—including Air‑Insulated Switchgear (AIS), Gas‑Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Rail and Infrastructure programs, Data Centers, and both offshore and onshore Wind developments. In this role, you serve as the technical anchor for the project team—driving safety, cost efficiency, quality, and reliability at every stage. You provide strong technical leadership across all engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and alignment from concept through execution.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $113,000 to $216,600.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
