Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Plano, Texas seeks a Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marcom, and Leadership to identify market opportunities and drive internal alignment. You will analyze market trends across BESS, Microgrids, EV charging, and data centers, support customer engagements, and contribute to strategic planning and long‑term initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Market Intelligence, Strategy, Telecom, Infrastructure, Technology, or related fields
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working within cross-functional and fast-paced business environments
• Ability to synthesize business data into strategic insights and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Energy Infrastructure market trends, technologies, customer adoption patterns across BESS, Microgrids, EV charging, Renewable Energy, Data Centers, Critical Power, and Grid Modernization.
• Track customer, competitor, and industry financial performance to evaluate investment priorities and strategic direction.
• Support leadership with market insights, reporting visibility, and strategic business recommendations.
• Support development of annual business strategy and long‑term planning initiatives.
• Research potential customers and develop customer/business profiles to support business development efforts.
• Assist Sales Teams with customer presentations, executive reviews, and messaging refinement.
• Analyze operational, technical, and utility‑related data to support value propositions and energy optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate across Business Units, Finance, Sales, Marcom, and Leadership to support organizational alignment.
• Consolidate reporting materials, business review documentation, and operational updates.
• Support CRM‑related activities, reporting coordination, and internal business process alignment.
• Assist with trade show coordination, customer event planning, and strategic business initiatives.
