Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Power, Utilities & Renewables team in a role focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates and capital markets activities. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a 2026–2027 graduation window, have finance internship experience, and demonstrate strong communication and valuation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial and computer skills; understanding of valuation theory.
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff at all levels; strong analytical and communication abilities.
