Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Prior internship or work experience in finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work on sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates and capital markets transactions
• Collaborate with deal teams including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Analysts
• Contribute to financial analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
