Responsibilities

• Support advisory mandates for boards of directors, equity sponsors, owners, investors and other stakeholders of merchant power producers, renewable energy companies, IPPs, retailers and utilities on evaluation, marketing, and execution of various transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitches, teasers, and various presentations.
• Perform financial analyses including valuations (DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions), financing and debt capacity analyses, IRR analyses, and interfacing with industry professionals.
