Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in investment banking or similar experience.
• Experience in U.S. power markets, power project finance, trading/marketing, or corporate finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory mandates for boards of directors, equity sponsors, owners, investors, and other stakeholders in merchant power producers, renewable energy companies, IPPs, retailers and utilities.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitches, teasers, and various presentations.
• Perform financial analyses including valuations (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents), financing and debt capacity analyses, and IRR calculations.
• Interface with industry professionals and consultants evaluating power and utility assets.
• Monitor recent events and trends in the power and utility sector.
