Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently and mentor colleagues.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness for domestic travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead site visits and collect data on building conditions using equipment and forms.
• Analyze data with Excel, Python, or R to identify trends.
• Quantify energy intervention impacts and perform ROI analyses.
• Support energy projects across HVAC, electrical, PV, BESS, EV, and more.
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Engage clients to scope needs and build partnerships.
• Manage self and small teams; monitor budgets and timelines.
• Support business development and project proposals.
