Job summary

Cadmus seeks an Energy Engineer to join its Energy Services Division, directing energy project work and leading site investigations. You will analyze data, identify savings opportunities, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results.

The role requires strong communication skills, a technical engineering background, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional energy sector experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience with data analysis and project management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site visits to support energy projects and collect data.
  • Analyze data using Excel, Python, or R; identify trends and implications.
  • Evaluate energy interventions with economic analyses such as ROI.
  • Support projects across HVAC, electrical, envelopes, and energy storage.
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Interact with clients and agencies to scope needs and propose solutions.
