Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs home energy assessments for single and multi-family units to determine energy-related repairs and improvements.
• Interviews applicants to gather information on energy usage, health and safety issues, and heating systems.
• Uses diagnostic equipment (blower door tests, duct blaster, infrared cameras) to assess and identify cost-effective measures.
• Compiles a complete house assessment/report detailing work to be completed and associated costs.
