The Snohomish County Weatherization Program is hiring an Energy Conservation and Repair Analyst to perform home energy audits, develop scopes of work, model energy use, and complete final inspections. This role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and delivering high‑quality energy savings for residents.

Requirements include a two‑year degree in construction management or energy management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across departments.

• Design cost-effective work plans and prepare cost estimates and bids.
• Educate clients on energy conservation principles and practices.
