Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in energy efficiency or project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage projects from inception to close.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, project management programs, word processing, presentation, workflow and program tracking tools.
• Ability to work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage project intake.
• Communicate with contractors regarding project pipelines.
• Manage projects from initial engagement through final payment.
• Review pre- and post-inspections of energy efficiency projects.
• Assemble bid packages and support contractor and equipment vendor selection.
• Prepare comparative analyses of bids received.
• Track and manage projects using Willdan's proprietary data management software.
• Gather and review project documentation.
• Monitor progress and reporting, ensuring compliance with hazardous waste rules and lamp disposal.

Requirements

• Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Work Collaboratively With Staff REQUIRED


• Strong Organizational Skills With Ability To Manage Projects From Inception To Close REQUIRED


• Strong Customer Service Practices And Attention To Detail REQUIRED


• Knowledge Of Spreadsheets, Project Management Programs, Word Processing, Presentation, Workflow And Program Tracking Tools REQUIRED


• Ability To Work At Customer Sites REQUIRED

Preferred

• Knowledge Of Energy-Saving Lighting, HVAC And Refrigeration Measures Preferred
