Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in energy efficiency analysis, especially lighting systems.
• Strong Excel skills for data export, filtering, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data to identify and implement energy efficiency strategies.
• Knowledge of lighting regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client consultations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of energy efficiency projects from handoff to closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as primary client/utility contact with clear status updates.
• Monitor timelines, deadlines, budgets, and resources.
• Support procurement and administrative coordination.
• Adapt to changing utility requirements to meet goals.
• Analyze project data using Excel to support reporting.
• Identify and elevate project risks and changes.
• Participate in status meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
