Responsibilities

• Actively support multiple projects across their lifecycle, assessing and resolving issues to confirm timely progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate submittals, coordinate logistics, and verify compliance with project procedures.
• Corroborate prompt and accurate processing of project documents by reviewing data, generating reports, and monitoring performance.
• Perform administrative duties while coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth participation and compliance across projects.
• Engage in research, data analytics, reporting and client presentations; interact with program stakeholders in a retail setting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety‑oriented culture; assist with incident investigations as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, project participants, market partners, and contractors for smooth participation.
