Job summary

TRC is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support energy efficiency and clean energy incentive programs administration. The role combines project administration with coordination for multiple programs, working with public authorities, state agencies, and utility grant programs as a plus.

You will assist Project Managers, perform QA/QC on project data, enter information into Salesforce and other systems, prepare documentation, and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative support or entry-level project management support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with state agencies/public authorities and utility energy efficiency programs a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM technologies.
• Team-oriented, hands-on, client-focused mentality with the ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day program and project management activities.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of project, financial, and reporting databases.
• Support project execution by completing documentation and contractor evaluations.
• Perform data entry and maintain project information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate communications.
• Follow up with customers, contractors, and stakeholders for information and updates.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and project status to support delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and data management.
• Support multiple programs within the Shared Services portfolio.
