Job summary

MidAmerican Energy Company in Des Moines, IA seeks a seasoned professional to develop, implement, and manage energy efficiency and demand response programs. You will monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support information systems used in program design and evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Four years’ experience in product/project management, business, marketing, communications, engineering, or finance preferred.
  • Experience with Excel and advanced modeling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Implement energy efficiency and/or demand response programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor program performance and maintain high levels of operational excellence.
  • Gather feedback from customers and trade allies to meet needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and revise promotional strategies, incentive levels, and program parameters; implement changes.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve objectives and document program changes.
  • Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders on TRM and reporting activities.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting.
  • Provide leadership to teams, vendors, and trade allies involved in programs.
