Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Six/eight years of related experience for Analyst/Senior roles, with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership, analytics, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to assess, justify and implement upgrades or new technologies.
• Provide technical direction and support for electric delivery systems and cost performance studies.
• Develop reporting, forecasts and process improvements across the business unit.
• Deliver training and support for complex software and engineering processes.
• Support storm recovery, claims processing and coordination with other departments.
