Cascade Energy in the greater Chicagoland area is seeking a Utility Program Outreach II to deliver utility-funded program offerings to industrial customers. You will coordinate programs, act as primary contact, and help clients implement energy saving projects.

This exempt, full-time role requires coordinating with ComEd, vendors, and end users, overseeing projects through measurement and verification, and building lasting relationships while advancing Cascade’s AI-ready culture.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Project management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or related industry
• Understanding of, or experience in commercial facilities, manufacturing, and/or water/wastewater industries

Responsabilités

• Providing project oversight through implementation, measurement, and verification periods to ensure on-time deliverables that meet Custom/CINC quality guidelines
• Managing multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment, using strong analytical skills and moving quickly from the big picture to the details
• Identifying, promoting, and developing energy efficiency projects to fill Custom/CINC pipelines to ensure the programs continue to meet or exceed their energy savings goals
• Developing and cultivating strong, long-term, professional relationships with key end users and other stakeholders
• Acting as the single point of contact to facilitate excellent communication between ComEd, end users, vendors, and other program staff for all projects in the service territory
• Performing site visits, high-level facility scoping, and scoping level analysis of relevant energy project opportunities
• Participating in project tracking, including M&V planning, and baseline data analysis
