Cascade Energy in the greater Chicagoland area is seeking a Utility Program Outreach/Engineer II to deliver utility-funded programs to commercial and industrial customers. You will coordinate our client’s offerings, represent programs to end users, and drive energy-saving projects in a fast-paced consulting setting.

You will manage multiple projects, build long-term relationships, and serve as the main contact among clients, vendors, and program staff, including site visits and opportunity

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience in project management, preferably in energy efficiency or related industry.
• Understanding of or experience in commercial facilities, manufacturing, and/or water/wastewater industries.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects through implementation and M&V, including tracking and baseline data analysis.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment, shifting between big picture and details.
• Identify and develop energy efficiency projects to fill custom pipelines and meet savings goals.
• Build long-term relationships with end users, energy efficiency service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of contact between our client, end users, vendors, and program staff.
• Conduct site visits and scoping-level analysis of energy project opportunities.
