Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required unless 5+ years in Energy Efficiency/Energy Conservation
• Experience with financial systems/SAP preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies on the job
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team and communicate clearly
• Certified energy manager (CEM) or BEP preferred or attainable in first year

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of transparency, integrity, safety, and customer service
• Achieve annual energy savings and program spending goals with cost efficiency
• Perform pre/post/mid project inspections and coordinate with analysts and evaluators
• Conduct QA/QC and audits per program guidelines
• Review equipment and installation quality for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate energy efficiency concepts to non-technical stakeholders and escalate issues to the EE manager
