CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to stand up a brand-new energy efficiency program in Mississippi. You will lead design, launch, and operation, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners, while managing budget, P&L, and compliance to federal and state requirements.

You will drive performance with KPIs, oversee customer satisfaction and grant terms, and build relationships with state agencies and utilities.

Formación

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in energy or grant-funded programs.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with large-scale residential or grant-funded programs.
• Experience with federal/state grants and grant compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree; MS or MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the launch and ongoing management of a new, large-scale Energy Efficiency Program in Mississippi.
• Oversee program design and launch, cost management, and performance tracking.
• Manage budget, P&L, KPI achievement and grant compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including direct reports and subcontractors as the program scales.
• Serve as liaison with state agencies and/or utility partners; lead program reviews.
• Ensure alignment with federal/state regulations, grant terms, and market needs.
• Collaborate with contact center and marketing teams for program development and community engagement.
• Develop processes and tools to improve program delivery and long-term growth.
• Report accurately and manage data with centralized operations.
• Collaborate with other Program Managers across CLEAResult’s IRA and grant-funded portfolio.
