Job summary

Frontier Energy, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Consultant to lead engagement activities for a portfolio of energy efficiency programs serving multifamily, commercial, and residential properties.

You will guide a customer engagement team, shape participation strategies, and build strong relationships with owners and managers. The ideal candidate has a background in energy efficiency, strong sales or customer service communication skills, and leadership ability to drive program success and

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent combination of education and 3-5+ years of relevant experience in customer engagement, sales, account management, business development, utilities, energy efficiency, property/facility management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead customer engagement activities for a portfolio of energy efficiency programs.
Oversee participation strategies and cultivate relationships with multifamily building owners, property managers, and facility managers.
Drive customer participation, satisfaction, and energy savings goals.
Document customer engagement and opportunities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with program and technical teams to coordinate customer needs.
