Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks an Energy Engineer II to join its energy consulting team. You will perform surveys, energy audits, modeling, and analyses to advance energy efficiency and renewable projects for real estate portfolios.

Responsibilities include ASHRAE-compliant audits, feasibility studies, report writing, field inspections, and project management of a small portfolio, with travel up to 25%. The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or performance contracting.
• Experience with energy modeling tools (eQuest, EnergyPlus, EnergyPro) and energy analyses of building systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers).
• Engineer in Training (EIT) is a plus; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Perform level I–III energy audits per ASHRAE standards and whole-building energy modeling.
• Assess feasibility of renewable energy projects for real estate applications.
• Write and edit technical reports; conduct field inspections and tests.
• Manage a small portfolio of projects: budget, timelines, staffing, and QC.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
