Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an Energy Engineer II to join our energy consulting team in the Asbury Park/ NJ area.

You will perform energy surveys, commissioning studies, energy modeling and analyses for diverse asset types, collaborating with staff and management to deliver efficient energy projects. The role requires hands-on experience with ASHRAE standards, BMS/automation knowledge and strong writing skills to develop reports and feasibility studies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or performance contracting
• Engineer in Training (EIT) is a plus
• 1 year of experience using energy modeling programs such as eQuest, EnergyPro and/or Energy Plus
• 1 year of experience conducting energy analyses of building systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, and VSD applications
• Prior client and project management experience

Aufgaben

• Conduct energy audits per ASHRAE standards and model whole-building energy use
• Assess feasibility of renewable energy projects for real estate
• Write, review and edit technical reports
• Perform field inspections and functional tests
• Assist with project management, invoicing, forecasting and client communications
