Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in energy efficiency or related fields.
• Experience leading teams.
• Technical knowledge of energy-using systems and audit technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field technicians to ensure quality service.
• Assist in recruiting and training BPI-certified Energy Auditors.
• Conduct onsite inspections and create inspection reports.
