Job summary

Resource Innovations is looking for a Team Lead to oversee an Energy Efficiency Field Team in Toledo, Ohio. This role involves managing and coaching field technicians to deliver high-quality energy audits, ensuring compliance with standards, and enhancing program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or consulting.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in building a team.
• Technical knowledge of building science, construction, and audit technologies.
