Job summary

Frontier Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Analyst to identify new program participants, perform on-site energy assessments, and promote energy-saving opportunities.

The role involves travel across the region to verify efficiency projects and communicate savings opportunities to customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building systems, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy auditing, building systems (HVAC, lighting) or energy efficiency consulting.
• Field experience conducting site assessments or working in a hands-on, client-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support customer outreach efforts to identify and onboard new program participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade allies, contractors, and end-users.
• Travel regionally to conduct on-site energy assessments and verification visits for energy efficiency projects (lighting, HVAC, motors, controls).
• Educate a wide variety of community members about program participation and energy savings opportunities.
• Perform energy savings calculations for equipment upgrades using spreadsheets.
