Job summary

kW Engineering is seeking an engineer to join our energy and water efficiency practice, applying engineering principles to commercial and industrial facilities and performing on-site energy assessments to verify savings.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor-level engineering degree, familiarity with HVAC/lighting/controls, and Python or R analytics skills for statistical analysis and machine learning. We offer growth, bonuses, health insurance, and a balanced work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering degree or above.
Familiarity with major building HVAC equipment/lighting/controls technologies.
Experience with R Studio or Python and an interest in statistical analysis and machine learning.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to utilities and their customers to ensure savings are real and technically grounded.
Conduct energy assessments, inspections, and measurement/verification at client sites.
Learn from a team of over 40 engineers specializing in energy efficiency.
