Cadmus seeks a Clean Energy Analyst - Engineer to join our Energy Services practice, focusing on residential and commercial energy efficiency, program evaluation, and emerging technologies. This role blends engineering with data analysis to draw insights from real-world systems and inform energy decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Interest in energy, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electric vehicles.
• Ability to apply statistical methods to data to answer research questions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license (vehicle ownership not required).

Responsabilidades

• Assist interdisciplinary teams providing technical input to projects.
• Develop data analysis pipelines, manage databases, and build interactive visualizations.
• Participate in research efforts ensuring consistent methods and quality.
• Occasionally visit commercial/industrial sites to verify energy efficiency measures and collect data.
• Analyze data using Excel or other tools, identify trends and causal impacts.
• Document findings in reports, memos, and client presentations.
• Independently manage tasks and small teams of engineers.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Assist with project management activities.
