Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks an Energy Efficiency Program Delivery Lead to guide strategy and execution for the Delivery team in the Boston area. You will manage relationships with utility clients and partners while coordinating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

The role emphasizes project and program management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on sustainability and impact in the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex projects.
• 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring business development, program implementation, or account management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fastidious attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution, within budget and timelines.
• Monitor program performance and identify improvements via Quarterly Business Reviews and client touchpoints.
• Own commercial terms, managing scope and pricing within contractual bounds.
• Assist with business development, including proposal content review and interview preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and communities.
• Communicate program initiatives, metrics, and tactical updates; collaborate to optimize processes and customer experience.
• Create and maintain client/partner/internal reports with clear takeaways and recommendations.
