Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our growing team. You will provide technical leadership and project management support for energy-efficiency studies, utility programs, and engineering initiatives serving commercial and industrial customers.

This role may be performed remotely from any US state or Ontario, Canada, with up to 20% travel to project sites. You will oversee data-driven analyses, develop methodologies, and lead client-facing deliverables to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Experience developing energy-savings calculations for commercial/industrial systems.
• Experience managing technical projects, scopes, budgets, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Python and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical algorithms, calculation tools, and data collection for program design and savings estimation.
• Lead and manage energy-efficiency studies and utility program support.
• Perform energy-savings analyses for HVAC, lighting, and natural gas end uses.
• Lead M&V activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
