Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in utilities, customer relations, program or project management are required.
• Experience in energy efficiency design or construction with residential building systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and administration of energy and water conservation programs.
• Conduct energy audits of commercial and residential customers.
• Administer rebates and energy efficiency measures (lighting, A/C, renewables).
• Assist in developing customer energy savings program materials and marketing.
• Present conservation information via displays, workshops, and community outreach.
• Answer questions on energy use and provide assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for program performance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Identify and evaluate new funding opportunities and grants.
• Prepare annual reports for SECO and EIA compliance.
• Prepare department budget and maintain procedures; SME for energy.
