Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Energy Efficiency channel program, supervising a team of consultants and coordinating with sales, implementation, and evaluation teams to drive customer-focused programs.

Requirements include 5–10 years in energy efficiency or related fields, a bachelor’s degree in business/engineering, and strong leadership, budgeting and stakeholder-management skills. Hybrid work with in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years in technical marketing, sales, project management or energy efficiency preferred.
• Experience developing and managing channel partnerships and programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of department staff including development and performance assessments.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and tracking of expenses and energy savings; develop RFPs.
• Develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and contractors in energy efficiency programs.
• Lead process improvements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
