Job summary

Bartech Staffing, partnering with a leading energy company, is seeking an intermediate Work Management Specialist in Plainfield, IN. You will provide technical and analytical support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services, using established processes and independent judgment.

You will ensure safety, reliability, and cost management while delivering exceptional customer service, and may support multiple managers in an administrative capacity as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service to operations, management, and customers.
• Communicate reliability details to external customers using available tools.
• Ensure work is scheduled to meet established timelines and standards.
• Provide research, root cause analysis, and resolve customer issues.
• Audit, reconcile, and process contractor invoices with pay items and contracts.
• Support safety culture and participate in safety meetings.
