Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to deliver data-driven insights for utility and government clients across DSM topics such as demand response, energy efficiency, and renewables integration. You will lead research design, data collection, and analytics, collaborating with clients and Cadmus teams to provide actionable recommendations.

The role requires strong quantitative skills and experience with R/Python/SQL, data visualization, and consulting delivery.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field with 6-8 years of professional experience
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software programming in R, Python, or Stata
• Demonstrated experience with interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI or Streamlit)

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting tasks for client engagements
• Apply statistical and econometric methods to assess program impacts and identify evidence-based recommendations
• Communicate methods, findings, data sources, and results clearly in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations
