Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics, quantify intervention impacts, and provide strategic guidance to utility and government clients across DSM topics.

You will lead research design, data collection, analysis, modeling, and reporting, while mentoring junior staff and developing client relationships. Energy sector experience is preferred.

U.S. work eligibility is required; Atlanta area candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields with 6-8 years experience, or BA/BS with 8-10 years of experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software in R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations with R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI or Streamlit.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with inferential statistics, sampling, research design, regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Familiarity with energy sector and/or utility industry; applied research design experience in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting tasks for client engagements.
• Apply statistical and econometric methods, synthesize results, and identify conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate methods, findings, data sources, and results in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Manage consulting projects with collaboration, budgeting, planning, and resource management.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Nurture client relationships with proactive, clear status updates and findings.
• Identify and develop business opportunities by supporting or leading proposals.
