Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics to energy-sector consulting engagements. You will lead research design, data collection, and analyses, translating results into actionable insights for utility and government clients.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field with 6–8 years of experience.
• Experience transforming data and programming in R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Strong statistical and regression analysis background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting tasks for client engagements.
• Apply statistical and econometric methods to assess program and policy impacts and identify recommendations.
• Communicate methods, findings, data sources, and results in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations for diverse audiences.
• Manage consulting projects including budgets, invoicing, planning, and resource management.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Build client relationships and support proposal development.
