Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field plus 2–4 years experience.
• Experience with statistical software programming (R, Python, or Stata).
• Databases and SQL experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to manage projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply analytic methods to address client questions and provide insights.
• Conduct independent analysis using standard and advanced statistical techniques.
• Support data collection and econometric analysis to assess program impacts.
• Interpret findings and draft concise reports with recommendations.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations communicating methodologies and data sources.
• Provide task management and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
