Job summary

Cadmus, a global energy and environmental advisory firm, seeks an analytical professional to join its US team. You will design studies, perform data analysis, and develop visualizations that inform utility and government decisions on DSM and energy efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver data-driven solutions, manage projects from start to finish, and communicate methods and results clearly in reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field with 6-8 years of experience, or BA/BS with 8-10 years.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software (R, Python or Stata).
• Experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI or Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to work with clients and teams.
• Familiarity with energy sector or utility industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical methods to quantify program and policy impacts and provide recommendations.
• Communicate methods and results clearly in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Manage consulting projects including budgeting, planning, staffing, and client relations.
• Mentor junior staff and develop client relationships to expand work.
