Western Power Pool seeks an Operations Analyst to join our team in Portland, OR. This full-time role involves analyzing large data sets, generating actionable reports, and maintaining accurate, timely communications with member utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a heavy data analytics role with large data sets.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and functions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze program data and produce reports.
• Flag potential compliance issues against NERC standards.
• Proctor monthly testing of the Reserve Sharing Program with operators.
• Act as a regular point of contact for member participants.
• Build deep expertise in WPP programs and assist with onboarding.
• Document processes and build tools to improve data collection and analysis.
• Support governance, audits, and defined reporting.
