Job summary

Trio is seeking an Energy Analyst to support client engagements with energy data analytics, invoice auditing, and operational insights. You will work on utility data management, validate invoices, and develop reports to reveal cost drivers.

The role involves analyzing consumption across portfolios, identifying anomalies, and presenting findings to clients. Hybrid or remote work is supported, with a focus on accurate data and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0–5 years of professional business experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI) and data analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain energy data across client accounts.
• Audit utility invoices for accuracy across rates, usage, and charges; identify discrepancies.
• Analyze consumption and cost drivers across client portfolios; perform variance analysis.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards; prepare client-facing insights.
• Present analytical findings in a structured format; support budgeting using historical data trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support process improvements.
