Northern Wasco County PUD in The Dalles, Oregon is seeking an Energy Data Analyst I to join its Power Resources team. This hands-on role combines complex SQL, Python, relational databases, ETL/data pipelines, and business intelligence with energy supply and power market analytics.

You’ll develop and maintain the databases, software, automated pipelines, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support critical Power Resources data and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time professional data analytics experience with relevant skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical/quantitative field.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
• Maintain databases, schemas, tables, functions, and views.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines and automated data flows.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports for Power Resources.
• Analyze hourly to annual energy load and resource data.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
