Qualifications

• A quantitative advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience, or a BA/BS with 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience transforming data and programming in R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in inferential statistics, sampling design, regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in growing professionally and handling challenging assignments.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and energy sector familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical/econometric methods to assess program and policy impacts and derive recommendations.
• Communicate methods and findings clearly in technical reports, presentations, dashboards, and data visuals.
• Support or lead project management and budgets, ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Develop client relationships through proactive, clear communication and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to expand work with existing clients and contribute to proposals.
