Meritum Energy Holdings is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative in Marshall, TX. You will engage with customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and serving as the communications bridge between customers and the company.

This role emphasizes service, efficiency, and safety in daily operations. The position requires at least a high school diploma and ~2 years of experience in customer service; oil/propane sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings (preferred).
• Experience in the oil and propane industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Forwards customer questions and concerns to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
