Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or higher degree program.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (4.0 scale) verified by transcript.
• Preference for Oscar Washington, Jr. Educational Fund recipients.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support and resolve issues as they occur.
• Research account activity in billing software to resolve problems.
• Develop and document internal customer service processes.
• Support product and service initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Review and support the engineering design process.
• participate in customer coordination calls with team members.
• Assist with Net Metering applications and related analyses.
• Work on special projects to improve customer satisfaction.
