Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate courteously, professionally, and effectively with customers when handling complaints, adjustments, or service problems.
• 1+ years of previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of federal DOT drug testing is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, electrician and contractor calls across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Initiate work requests for electrical or non-electrical work requiring a service shutdown and provide updates.
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer complaint and ensuring questions are resolved.
• Proficient in platforms used to support customer account transactions and interactions.
• Perform back-office customer service duties and data entry.
