Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator for the Anderson facilities to support the supervisor and ensure continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling positions, and coordinating Lean Manufacturing initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining smooth operations and collaborating across teams.

You will identify shortages, request Engineering and SFA assistance when needed, and implement improvements while performing other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ years experience in manufacturing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks and maintains continuous production flow.
• Relieves bottlenecks within the department and fills in positions as needed.
• Identifies part/resource shortages and communicates solutions to Supervisors.
• Facilitates Lean Manufacturing processes and requests cross-department assistance as needed.
• Performs other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
