Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in daily manufacturing operations and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

The role focuses on maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions, identifying shortages, and communicating with supervisors and engineers. First shift at the Anderson facilities with potential travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Preferred: previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
