Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow in our Anderson, SC facility. You will help relieve bottlenecks, fill in positions, and identify shortages while guiding lean manufacturing practices.

You will also help communicate with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers, learn multiple positions, and apply problem-solving to keep production moving efficiently on a day-to-day basis in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required with minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies parts and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates these situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
